Reference Checking
Extensive reference checking on individuals to be presented on the shortlist.
Shortlist Presentation
Those candidates whom the project team feel confident meet the roles criteria
will be presented to the client. A shortlist usually consists of
3 to 5 candidates. Each candidate will be presented to the client with
a detailed report.
